Booking Cancellation Timelines
- Free Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in time are eligible for a full refund with no additional fees. - Late Cancellations:
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted. - Non-Refundable Bookings:
Some hotel bookings are non-refundable. These terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
Refund Eligibility
You may qualify for a refund under the following conditions:
- Timely Cancellations: Bookings canceled within the designated timelines mentioned above.
- Partial Refunds for Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours prior to check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Booking Errors: If an error in the booking was caused by StayinPakistan.com or the hotel, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:
- When the booking is classified as “non-refundable.”
- If the hotel denies check-in due to incorrect information provided by the user (e.g., invalid ID or incomplete payment).

We strongly encourage notifying us or the property in case of unexpected delays or changes to avoid complications.

- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Payment Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at booking.
- Any processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount.
